The QDF Story
Established in the Philippines in 2008, QDF was conceptualized to focus on data management and outbound telephone fundraising aimed at assisting various Charities and other Not-for-Profit organizations in United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand to achieve their goals successfully.
While working on providing data and outbound contact center services to its’ existing clients, the management realized that the same service was sought after by business in across other industries.
This paved the way for QDF to provide service for Commercial purposes to meet the growing demand and soon after with word spreading out about QDF’s service, it didn’t take long and companies came knocking at QDF’s door to handle their customer service, technical support, back office work and other tasks.
Fast forward to the present, QDF has grown to provide the global market with various end to end Outsourcing Solutions designed to meet different needs.
