The Management

The management is a cross-cultural team composed of expatriates and Filipinos which collaborate using proven quality-centric processes that delivers successful results. Through hands-on management, focused on training and coaching, and leadership by example, our people make the difference.

The Departments

The QDF Organizational Structure was designed to ensure all aspects of its business has a dedicated group of highly trained and efficient manpower to meet all varying needs of our clients across the globe.



Whether our clients opt to manage their account on their own or have our Operations Team manage it for them, this Department will ensure that everything needed is in place.Various teams under this Department in place such as Verification & Quality Compliance, Quality Assurance & Training and Workforce Management.


Quality Control/ Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance
QDF puts pride in its product with very stringent quality procedures facilitated by a Quality Assurance Team which is charged to monitor employee output. And a Quality Control Team, responsible for end-product quality ensures the product we deliver to our clients is the best in the industry.


Service Delivery
Call Center Customer Service
The Service Delivery Team is responsible for ensuring 100% client satisfaction, deepening client partnerships through exceptional delivery resulting to a successful relationship without compromising the company’s set standards. Under Service Delivery, various teams are in place such as Compliance and Client Services.




The IT Department is divided into 2 groups which are the MIS and Technical Support Groups which results to a more efficient and organized team of individuals focused on providing assistance to any technical matters from within the organization to client requirements.




The Finance Department is responsible for all of our accounting processes such as payroll, compliance with government rules and reporting regulations.


Human Resources


Human Resources manages employee administration, employee engagement, labor relations, compensation and benefits, code of conduct, performance management in coordination with Operations Department and other related processes.


Marketing is divided into 3 major functions which are the Talent Acquisition, Marketing Strategy and Business Development. This Department manages how QDF is perceived as a Company and it’s global corporate image which includes our corporate social responsibility, social media and the overall QDF brand.

This group manages all our facilities including maintenance, security and related tasks/processes.
