The Service Delivery Team is responsible for ensuring 100% client satisfaction, deepening client partnerships through exceptional delivery resulting to a successful relationship without compromising the company’s set standards. Under Service Delivery, various teams are in place such as Compliance and Client Services.
The IT Department is divided into 2 groups which are the MIS and Technical Support Groups which results to a more efficient and organized team of individuals focused on providing assistance to any technical matters from within the organization to client requirements.
The Finance Department is responsible for all of our accounting processes such as payroll, compliance with government rules and reporting regulations.
Human Resources manages employee administration, employee engagement, labor relations, compensation and benefits, code of conduct, performance management in coordination with Operations Department and other related processes.
Marketing is divided into 3 major functions which are the Talent Acquisition, Marketing Strategy and Business Development. This Department manages how QDF is perceived as a Company and it’s global corporate image which includes our corporate social responsibility, social media and the overall QDF brand.
Facilities & Admin
This group manages all our facilities including maintenance, security and related tasks/processes.
